Turkish Language Educator & Interpreter

Hello, I'm Youmna Farasha.

Bridging cultures, connecting people, and building communication—guiding individuals to Turkish fluency and organizations to seamless cross-border collaboration.

My Journey

Different paths, one purpose.

Engineering, psychology, language education, and live interpretation may look like different worlds. They've always been connected by the same curiosity: understanding how people communicate — and building clear pathways to help them connect.

2007

Discovering Türkiye

A first visit to Türkiye with the family sparked a lasting admiration for its culture, history, and people — a memorable trip that became one of the defining influences in my life.

2014

Learning the Language

A desire to immerse myself more deeply in that culture inspired me to start learning the language, beginning my formal studies at the Yunus Emre Institute.

2015

Immersing with the Culture

A wonderful opportunity to join the summer school organized by Yunus Emre in collaboration with TÖMER at Sakarya University allowed me to live firsthand both the excitement and the challenges every learner faces.

2019

From Learner to Teacher

A simple WhatsApp study group sharing lessons naturally grew into my first opportunity to teach in-class, and later online after I traveled, turning a personal passion into a calling to help others.

2021

Stepping into Business Support

A meaningful stay in Türkiye opened new doors, giving me the opportunity to start offering professional business communication and interpretation support.

2026

Building Educational & Professional Bridges

A commitment to connection drives me to design Turkish Hub — offering self-paced courses, speaking clubs, and private sessions — while providing live interpretation and cross-border business support for delegations, ceremonies, and organizations working closely with Turkish partners.

My Approach

Where structure meets human understanding.

Whether I am designing a language course or interpreting for high-level delegations, my work sits at the intersection of structural precision, psychological insight, and deep cultural fluency. Tap a circle to explore each one.

Structural Precision

Backed by: M.Sc. in Structural Engineering (University of Glasgow, Merit) & B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Beirut Arab University, Top 10 Graduate).

These engineering foundations taught me how to take large, complex challenges and turn them into clear, step-by-step frameworks—whether I am building a structured language curriculum or organizing a multi-layered communication plan for high-stakes delegations.

Beyond My Work

Learning doesn't stop when I close my laptop.

✍️

#YFscribbles

Writing has always been my way of understanding the world — reflections on faith, family, society, and everyday moments that ask us to pause and think more deeply.

"Because while structure helps us move forward, reflection helps us grow."

Nature Photography

Photography is one of my favorite ways to slow down — noticing the quiet details in nature reminds me to observe carefully and appreciate the extraordinary hidden within ordinary moments.
